AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'decode' 해결

h5py가 3.xx 이상일때 문제임 !

pip list로 확인 가능

 

-> h5py 다운그레이드 해주면 됨.

 

pip install h5py==2.10.0 --force-reinstall
